The lake is located north of Walton Blvd and between Sashabaw and Clintonville Roads. Lake Oakland is about 65 feet at its deepest and is connected via canal to Woodhull Lake. There is a public access at the end of Dill Rd.

Woodhull Lake is 135 acres giving you about 370 acres of all sports lakefront fun. Below I have free maps available- all that is needed is an accurate email address since this site sends the maps and any other docs via email.

Lake Oakland and Woodhull Lake have always been a desirable lakes to live on. Last year (2016) there were 24 sales trhough the MLS and possibly a few by owner. The MLS sales ranged in price from a fixer at $160,000 and topping out at $1,290,000. There are charts available below just like the lake maps.
