Lake Orion MI Home Sales


Lake Orion home sales Unit sales were down quite a bit in 2019 from 2018 but I believe that is mostly from a lack of inventory.

Good news!! Values are up again. The average sales price was up over 5% from the previous year and up almost 19% from 2015.

Houses typically sold within 2 or 3% of asking price.

Now that we are into 2020 the prices seem to still be on the rise and inventory is still low.
