 Rolling Meadows, Lake Orion Michigan is a Pulte sub conveniently located off Maybe Rd just west of Baldwin Rd in desirable Orion Township. Home sizes range from approximately 2000 sq. ft. to approximately 2800 sq. ft., built between 1993 and 1996. The sub consists of 3 phases with a total of 265 home sites.
Rolling Meadows has always been a desirable neighborhood- some of the amenities include sidewalks, city water and sewer, subdivision tennis courts and swimming pool as well as a community club house.
Rolling Meadows is also between a 5-10 minute drive from I-75. 5-10 minutes from Great Lakes Crossing. 5 minutes from Orion Oaks County Park, Canterbury Village, Friendship Park and more.
Prices in Rolling Meadows are on the rise again though still at a major discount from the hey days of 2004 when the sale prices in Rolling Meadows ranged from $295,000-$368,000 (per Realcomp II MLS).
2011 sale prices ranged from $194,000-$265,000 with a median sale price of $228,000. 13 units
2010 sale prices ranged from $164,505-$237,000 with a median sale price of $213,500. 14 units
